Membership fees
All local residents are welcome to participate and join the 2011 Residents’ Association.

Membership is on a financial year basis (1st July-30th June).

Joining fee:                       Nil
Individual membership fee:  $20 p.a.
Individual membership fee (concession holder):  $15 p.a.
Residential building:  $50 (up to 100 units) / $100 (100 plus units) p.a.

To pay your annual fees, we suggest you make a deposit into our Commonwealth Bank account, either by making an online payment or by making a deposit at any Commonwealth branch.

When you make your payment, it is important that you give your first name and your surname in the Reference section so that we know who made the payment.

Please download, print and send the completed Membership Application Form plus the membership fee to:

You could also come to the next 2011 Residents’ Association  meeting to register in person, or  email and a committee member will follow up with arrangements to meet with you in the period before or after the meeting.

Keeping us informed of your issues and contact details

To keep us informed of your issues and to ensure we have your correct/current contact details, would members please complete the Member Information Form and deliver it us when:
(a)  applying for membership (in addition to filling out the Membership Application Form)
(b)  paying annual membership fees
(c)  contact details change.
