The simple OLGR graph and following government data defeats the attached AHA argument that attempts to undermined the success of a modest reduction in late trading hours.
The much publicised deaths of two (amongst a number of deaths) young men in KX before midnight distorts the true picture of the timing of harms and criminal liquor related incidents revealed in a 2012 government report.
